If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your basic trauma pack please contact us for arranging a return of your purchase. We can not accept returns if any of the sterile items packaging has been opened or breached in any way.  Or if the tourniquets have been tensioned. In general the pack must be in resale condition to return. If your item was damaged in shipping please contact us and we will correct the problem in the most efficient way possible for your situation.
